A white wine???!!! Yes we’ve been in a bit of a red routine, but with a new apartment and a new area, why not a new type of wine? This one comes with one of the longest names so far… must be a good sign…
Wine: Le Grand Chemin, Domaine du Champ Chapron Muscadet Coteaux de la Loire, 2009
Where’d we buy it: Leader Price
How much did it cost: $3.65
Why did we pick it: You generally can’t go wrong with a wine that has an embossed bottle, and winning an award is never a bad sign either, although once we got home we realized it wasn’t an award, just the year it was made… whoops!
Was it good: Considering C is a red fan, and I just go along with whatever she likes, we were both very pleased with the wine and enjoyed it considerably. It was very nice, no afterburn, highly recommeded.
