Photo Friday – Notre Dame

Notre Dame, a large Gothic cathedral in Paris, was completed in 1345, just shy of 200 years after it was started.  While some may blame this on the french work ethic, it’s more likely due to the large size and the primitive tools they’d have been using (probably not a lot of cranes back in those days…).  While it has had many renovations and alterations over the years, it has kept to it’s original form.  Here a few photos from todays visit.
